To add mine;
I work in an independant technical communication consultancy in Sydney.
THere are about 10 of us here in the office. Most of our clinets are
computer-software producers although we also do a fair bit of quality
consulting and procedure writing. Before I came here 5.5 years ago I worked
in the computer/electronics industry as a service engineer for a number of
years. Before _that_ I was in the military (in the Royal Australian Navy)
where I earnt my Naval Engineering Certificate (Electronics).
