I was wondering if anyone has any particularly strong opinions on the
best DTP software out there. I work for a relatively small, independent
bank, and they have asked me to recommend a DTP package. We would use it
primarily for an internal newsletter, sales brochures, ads, and the
annual report.
I have worked only with Pagemaker and am wondering what some of the
others may "have" or "have not" in comparison. (Especially Framemaker and
Quark)
I know this question isn't about "tech writing" in the strictest sense,
but I think that tech writers are probably the most qualfied to respond.
I will appreciate any advice, opinions, or comments.
N. Mitchell
