I second that. I spend lots of time trying to help the engineers and
scientists at my company see the "active voice light" <or is it the light of
active voice? :-)>. They always tell me, "...but it's how I learned it in
school, so it must be right...."
Drives me crazy, and we won't even get into the misplaced modifiers......
