Are you talking Windows .HLP files, or OS/2 .HLP files? The former
are, I believe, very similar to OS/2's .INF files - I've been told the
difference is only a couple bytes at the beginning of the header and if
tweaked appropriately with a binary editor can be read in OS/2's
VIEW.EXE facility.
If the client has Windows or WinOS/2 installed, you can simply view
them normally in that environment.
