Subject:PLEA: Use Single Subject Heading! From:Janice Gelb <Janice -dot- Gelb -at- ENG -dot- SUN -dot- COM> Date:Tue, 28 May 1996 14:54:37 -0700
Folks:
I get TECHWR-L in digest form and I'm sure I'm not the only one whose
life would be made easier if people would all use a common subject head
for a single thread. For example, I was trying to follow the "Humor"
thread and had to chase down the following topic titles:
Humor
Humor in Manuals
CHAT Re: Humor
Professional Humor
Humor in documentation
Using Humor Judiciously
using humor, etc.
Humor done well - Steve Lane et. al.
Using Humor **** Judiciously ****
Could you please only change an original thread name if the thread has
wandered off the topic?
Thanks muchly,
Janice
