Hi all
In an STC journal a year or 3 ago, Bill Horton wrote a brilliant article
titled "Let's Do Away With Manuals Before They Do Away With Us". In it he
included a methodology for calculating the cost of difficult to understand
products or documents.
If anyone has a copy of the article, I'd really appreciate it if you could
fax me (to the number in my sig.) the pages that deal with these
calculations. I've just moved house and my journals are buried in a box
somewhere!
