For those of you who have had problems accessing the
bit.listserv.techwr-l newsgroup recently, I think
the problems have been resolved. A news administrator
at another site got a little overzealous with his
"remove group" commands and killed off this group.
If you've had problems, they should be resolved
shortly. Check with your news administrator and make
sure s/he sees the newgroup message to get it added
back in.
