You have just seen an excellent example of an ad put out by an incompetent hiring manager. I see ads for
computer programmers all the time that mix and match technology requirements that people just don't have. The
most common type is looking for 5 years recent PC, minicomputer, and mainframe experience. I've found that
answering these types of ads almost always leads to dealing with people who are bad news.
