Exactly. Poor planning and organization kills web sites
as effectively as it does printed material. I recommend
Barbara Minto's _Pyramid Principle_ ISBN 0-273-61710-9.
We applied pyramid organization when we rebuilt our
website (www.trcinc.com) and it seems to have helped.
A little tatseful art and a lot of consistency didn't
hurt either.
