For your company that is growing and needs update to old doc as well as
new doc--
The first thing I would do is sit down with the powers-that-be and get
them to prioritize. List everything that needs to be done for them, and
get them to group it, then prioritize within the groups.
Then estimate each job, at least roughly, plus time for a styleguide,
etc.
Then ask for more resources!
