Are these messages really necessary? I think it's obvious, they're not, and
that is what Eric's periodic messages are trying to get across, also.
I joined the list for a chance to learn by seeing other peoples questions
and answers, and to express an opinion now and then. I didn't realize the
number of messages that would come across the list, but it's manageable. I
don't, however, appreciate the unecessary and inconsiderate cluttering of my
mail box by such insignificant chatter.
Please be considerate and keep things like this off-line.
