Anyone here use a multimedia program? My company is looking for a product to
produce presentations and perhaps our manuals. So fer, we've looked at
Oracle, which they disliked greatly; Authorsoft, from a company called
'Spirit of St. Louis; and Macromedia, which has impressed us a lot so far.
Any pros/cons regarding these programs? Any suggestions on other programs?
We've entered into a deal with a company in Atlanta to put our manuals on
CD-ROM. So far, things haven't gone as well as we would have liked. I don't
think we're talking about dropping this deal, but we may be interested in
doing this ourselves at some point. Right now, I think we are wanting to be
able to do presentations for our trainers and eventually put our manuals on
disk for our customers.
