to a variety of industries worldwide. Our Network Services Group, located in
Northwest Columbus, Ohio, is currently seeking candidates in the Ohio area to
join our top-notch technical documentation team as a Technical Writer.
In this position, you will be responsible for documenting new and existing
products for internal and external customers. Duties include interviewing
subject matter experts to obtain information necessary to create or update
documentation, following departmental procedures and guidelines to ensure
quality documentation, and occasionally training internal customers on
documented products.
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in a related area (or
equivalent) and a minimum of
2-4 years' experience as a technical writer. Candidates must also have
excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, along with
previous desktop publishing experience. Experience with Macintosh, FrameMaker,
Word for Windows, and/or Windows-based online help is a plus.
