BTW I am not happy with Internet Assistant V1.n or V2.n,
but for general coding they are *ok.* I UNDERSTAND
FrontPage is a legit, albeit $$, html compiler.
There is a freeware version of SoftQuad's HoTMetaL worth
considering.
