TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
There's a proper newsgroup ba.jobs.offered for job postings in the San
Francisco Bay area. If you have many openings to post here, please
consider the bandwith cost - this list goes around the world - and either
combine and condense the job titles into one posting, or post a pointer
to your listings on the appropriate newsgroup or website.
There's been a discussion on this list about how appropriate job listings
might be. IMHO, "low impact" listings are ok, but too many
resource-intensive listings will make all who want to inform the list of
opportunities unwelcome.
Regards,
