From Becca Price:
My method for editing help files: print out the topics, and create a
project book. Walk through each and every page in the help file,
comparing
the file to the paper document, marking anything that looks weird or
doesn't
work right. Then go through and use my paper notes as a guide for
editing the
.RTFs and recompile.
it's very labor-intensive, but it works as long as my attention span
holds out.
