Speaking of document management:
We've been asked to look in to some add-on or other tools to help manage
documents, most of which are Word 7/Visio files on Windows NT. We'd like
to be able view descriptions of the files, do searches and queries,
handle revision control, and manage HTML as well as Word files. If there
are ways to do these things within Word or other Office applications, I'd
like to hear about that, plus the pros and cons of various tools if
you've used more than one.
