There are 4 or 5 Postscript utilities available as shareware or freeware.
The most well-known is Ghostscript, but it is a fairly hefty set of files.
Take a look at the shareware archives at http://www.shareware.com or http://www.winsite.com and search under "Postscript Utilities".
