Given the recent threads regarding how expensive it is getting in
certain geographic regions to hire tech writers, my guess is that you
can hire a Senior TW with 3 years of experience for less than it would
cost you to hire a Senior TW with 5 years of experience. And, you'd
still have a Senior TW on staff. For less money.
Seems to be an appealing enough notion, no? Just a guess.
