Lightbridge, Inc. is currently seeking to fill a contract technical writing
position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop on-line help for a Window 95 client-server retail sales support
application.
Information will be developed by hands-on study of the software,
interviews with technical experts, and then synthesis and organization of
information
with review and direction.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
o Previous on-line help development under Windows 95
o Microsoft Word
o RoboHELP or HDK is preferred
o Information Mapping or structured documentation helpful
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
o Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
o Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate,
interview,
and work effectively in a quality-oriented team environment
o Good learning skills; adaptable to changing environments
o Attention to detail
o Familiarity with wireless or cellular applications helpful
