Subject:HelpBreeze -- has anyone used it? From:bkane -at- ARTISOFT -dot- COM Date:Mon, 9 Dec 1996 11:23:12 MTN
Tech writers,
Have any of you used the HelpBreeze Help authoring tool? A fellow tech
writer at my company asked me to put forth this inquiry to gather
feedback. Here's his message to me:
If you have time, would you ask your Tech Writer contacts
whether anyone has any experience with the "HelpBreeze"
Help authoring tool (marketed by SolutionSoft out of
Sunnyvale, California)?
Karen gave me a HelpBreeze v2.0 flyer they'd sent her and
asked me to check out the product. I've never heard of it
and it doesn't look different from RoboHelp, going by what
they say in the flyer. However, it would be good to hear the
opinion of anyone who has any first-hand knowledge of it --
good or bad.
Please reply directly to me and I'll post a summary this week. Thanks!
