My supervisor is looking for a simple and visual way of tracking how long
documents takes to be researched, written, reviewed, and released. Simple so we
won't spend all our time tracking instead of writing and visual so people in
other departments can begin to understand the documentation process.
We've looked at Pub$Estimator and were planning to look at FastTrack Schedule by
AEC Software. Has anyone heard of FastTrack Schedule? Also, what tracking
software do you use?
