FrameMaker vs. MS Word
You have hit the nail on the head again. My strong preference is FrameMaker. I
will leave it to someone else to speak for Word, as I would not recommend that
approach.
Frame handles small documents very nicely and large documents exceptionally
well.
A drawback to Frame is the harsh learning curve. You will need at least one
person on staff who knows the program well. Hire one or train one. There is no
substitute.
Price may be an issue for your organizaiton as well. However, the price you pay
up front will likely pay for itself in time saved later.
