Yes, Tina we do.
We put a message in the front matter asking for any comments,
suggestions, corrections, etc., and we give our mail address. I
believe that in the last 4 or 5 years we may have seen 2 or 3 letters
from users.
While this is not very impressive, I believe that we *need* to have
this in our manuals and other documents. I believe it implies that we
care about the documentation and its correction and really do want to
make it better.

and then it lists an address.
I have seen no feedback come in from this so far.
