I have found Frame to be VERY difficult to learn, if you have do a lot
of stuff with it. My FIRST Frame project, I did probably everything you
can do with it. I still have nightmares about when I had to learn
Reference and Master Pages. After that first project, I did not use
Frame again for about three months. I noticed that ha forgotten how to
do a lot of the stuff, variables etc. So, I decided to make quick
reference cards (advanced and basic) for my co-workers, I am not
finished with them, but I think it will be a big help.
