You know, all of this squirming around to find something else to
call people because the logical names are, for very logical reasons, not
applicable, might just end up confusing the issue.
Is it possible that you can start out by saying that, for the
purposes of the document, people in contact with the help desk will be
designated as Callers, and capitalize it differently to accentuate the
point? I think that anything else that you end up calling them is going
to create more confusion than it's worth and get in the way of the
solutions you're trying to provide.
