Try CBT Express. It's a "light" version of Icon Author (I think -- it
might be a version of some other development tool) that's pretty
easy to use. Of course, you trade some control for that ease of use.
I can't find our copy right now, so I don't have any more info, but
you should be able to find their web site with an alta vista search.
