(4k & 5 k, respectiely)

are DOS editors (64k limit on data file)
they do not use the mouse.

but you can do all the essential editing functions, including cut/copy/paste
(complete with highlighting)

the help menu (one page) you get by hitting, what else, F1.


my guess is
if they work in DOS, they may work in win3.1


terse, u can download off SIMTEL/editors.
slim, is much rarer.  but i can email it to you.
