The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Designing printed and on-line documentation systems in conjunction with our marketing and development staff.
* Setting schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
* Interviewing development and marketing staff about new software releases
* Writing and editing on-line and printed documentation
* Coordinating the approval process with other departments
* Preparing documents for print
* Supervising and assigning tasks to junior tech writers, co-op students and contractors
We are looking for:
* 2 to 5 years technical writing experience specializing in user's guides, tutorials, and on-line help for software
* experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PageMaker
* experience with Microsoft Help Workshop, Apple Balloon Help or other on-line help creation tools
JUNIOR TECHNICAL WRITER

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for:
* Helping to create tutorials, user's guides, and on-line documentation
* Assist in the design of print and on-line documentation
* Interviewing development and marketing staff about new software releases
We are looking for:
* some previous technical writing experience,
* experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PageMaker,
* experience with Microsoft Help Workshop, Balloon Help or other on-line help creation tools an asset
