Susan... a little more detail please... How are you capturing the
screens? Are you trying to size them in the Word document or are you
using PaintIt to size them? Are they not showing up at all, or just
poor image quality? Let me know some more detail... I'm sure the list
can jump in and help. Also... don't forget about the Winhelp-l list
