What area of tech writing are you involved in? In general, Microsoft
Office; Adobe Frammaker, Pagemaker, Illustrator; Correl Draw are some
that come to mind. A short while ago, many of us no doubt would have ask
you what type of operating system you were running, but that's not so
important now.
