responsible for:
** developing technical reference and end-user documentation
** working closely with developers, support representatives and other
subject matter experts
** contributing to the documentation of internet-related products
** generating software releases notes and product change notices
Ideally, you will have:
** a minimum of 4 years documentation development experience
** understanding of IBM mainframe technology
** solid Word for Windows experience
** a strong attention to detail and strong technical aptitutde
