Sure! I'm planning on doing my usual reception-within-a- reception
at the Welcome Reception. We try to gather about
1 hour after the buffet opens at a spot that is a specific as we can
get. (I don't yet know anything about the room.)
Others may want to coordinate for a breakfast meeting or a dinner
gathering.
