STOP NOW! taking minutes and notes for others. You do yourself and
others a grave disservice by setting this standard. I would insist that
the bids are unrealistic and let them try to do it themselves. It's a
no-win situation if you can't convince them that your professional
expertise is a value-added. When they fail, they will come back to you.
