Office is cheap, especially compared to FrameMaker. It is ubiquitous with
about 85%-90% of the market. Like a lot of mediocre software, it can be used
by a wide range of users, from admins to professional writers (although it's
probably too complicated for beginners and not powerful enough for more
complicated tasks. In short, it's Beta v VHS all over again.
