Actually, they are really different beasts. I would not make one into the
other. They do contain similar information naturally, but the relationship
is nowhere as close as chicken and egg. I write paper doc first and then use
some of the text from it, but I think the entire concept of turning paper
doc into online help is just not viable. Online help is entirely different.
