I don't know about Washington state, but in most states the price paid
in
all real estate transactions is a matter of public record. And the
buyer also
has access to an independent view of a property's value in the form of
the tax
assessor's valuation. Trying to conceal (or worse, misrepresent) the
price
that you paid for a property is a pretty good way to kill a potential
sale.
