Best is on a tripod. When set for "still", Snappy will capture
multiple video frames to improve image quality. If the camera moves
even the smallest amount, the outcome will be fuzzy. (Brief explanation

Yes, partly for the same reason ("perfect pause" isn't), and partly
because it eliminates generation loss.
