My favorite is in one of the early editions of _The Macintosh Bible_:
the index entry is "mah nishtana," which are the first two words of the
four questions Jews ask at the Passover seder. The questions all start
"Why is this night different than all other nights?"
When you go to the page reference, there is a header that says
"Why is the Macintosh SE Power Supply Different Than All Other
Macintosh Power Supplies?"
