Where I am, incoming TECHWR-L mail has TECHWR-L in the from field. So
when I want to reply I "simply hit the Reply button". This is also
useful if you subscribe to more than one list - you can see from which
list the mail came.
The poster's email appears in a msg text header.
It all depends on the configuration of your email system, apparently.
