We use PageMaker for our multi-sectioned, many paged manual. When it comes
to creating the TOC, we've got to manually combine the individual styles we
use for Part Name and Part Number and the styles we use for Chapter Number
and Chapter Name by deleting unneeded hard returns.
Has anyone figured out how to tell PageMaker to combine more than one style
on a line of a TOC?
