Definitely me! I work now in a friendly place where there's lots of
socializing if you
like to go, as well as many company sponsored events. I go to some of them,
mainly to help me develop a relationship with the development people. We
don't play nerfball, I never drink with people I work with and don't want
to know them drunk. There's great atmosphere here, but everybody focuses
hard on the work. This suits me fine - everybody makes their own choices
about how they like to work - I'd rather go home 15 minutes earlier than
spend that 15 minutes playing nerfball but still having to get the work
done.
