-Background must include one or more: Strong Internet application knowledge
(Java, CGI, Groupwise, Visual J++, Activex etc.) or networking hardware and
protocols (Tcp/ip, servers, bridges, routers, etc.) and then the ability to
put that knowledge in writing via your experience with user manuals, on-line
help, documentation. Technical certification or relevant degree preferred.
