A great book about "teaming" is called, I think, The Team Handbook. It
is at my other office so I can't verify it immediately. Maybe someone
else will know what I'm talking about. The book is about an inch thick,
gray cover, spiral bound.
If there is any interest, I can check the title and author when I go
over there at lunchtime. (In about an hour.)
