Subject:Please Remove Me from the List From:"Virginia M. Mayo Black" <vmblack -at- MAILBAG -dot- COM> Date:Fri, 20 Jun 1997 01:16:22 -0500
Please remove my name from this listserve.
I've had enough with all the childishness concerning Certification, Redux,
and the other nonsense that has started to dominate this list.
I initially signed up for this list because I wanted to learn, and from my
initial reading of postings, felt that the people who contributed to this
list were professionals.
At least on some topics that is not the case.
I don't understand how -- after the list administrator has asked people to
let a topic that has absolutely been murdered by a handful of individuals
-- that such childish nonsense can continue.
For the people who have gotten some "enjoyment" out of this absurd
silliness, congratulations on having driving me (and, I suspect, a few
others) away from this list. If that was your intent, you've succeeded.
You've also succeeded in making fools of yourself and providing some level
of proof that you are not quite as "professional" as you would like others
to believe -- an no certification scheme would change that assessment.
