Hello everyone,
Even I was wondering about blank pages. This page intentionally left
blank is boring. In fact, I have created some Windows NT tips as a box
item to use in the blank pages. This is a sort of newspaper/magazine
filler technique. Of course, I have not yet talked this with the client
-- a world leader bank. Right now, the blank pages are blank -- with no
headers and footers. I will leave it that way, until someone points it
out. Because I know, the tips idea is a little ahead of time....

That way, user's can feel free to write in the manual, the page count comes out evenly (or allows for right hand chapter starts), and the FDA doesn't ask why we have blank pages. After looking thoroughly at the FM manual, I think I like the clean white pages, but that won't go over in our company.
