You really only had to take a quick look at any one of Sun's
manuals, there they quite explicitly say "and later" and "or later"
for SunOS, Solaris and OpenWindows.
Interleaf use "or greater" ... but then they were talking about
Windows NT and they might have been referring to the gargantuan
amount of hard disk space it consumes ...
