Paula,
Have you considered documenting a simple manual process that your company
performs every day? For example, how to add toner to the copy machine, or
the process you follow to handle a customer service call. Any simple
process can be documented and put into a help file.
You can also document the steps you need to take to open up your pool in
the summer. Anything like that could give you a head start on how to set
up help files, and how the end product will look.
Hope this helps.
