This mid-level position requires BA/BS or MA/MS in a communications related field with two to four years of technical writing experience, preferably in the software development industry. Candidates should be well organized, have strong communications skills, be curious about technology, and be willing and eager to learn and keep abreast of new technologies. Experience working with software developers is important. Experience with desktop publishing is important. Preference will be given to those with FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, and/or WinHelp (specifically Robohelp) experience. Experience with either HTML-Help or NetHelp will also be a plus.
