I just received an e-mail from Microsoft saying IE 4.0 Preview 2 is
available for downloading right now.
The message further states that this preview is recommended for
expert users only. Can anyone tell me what that phrase actually
means? I've been _using_ IE for over a year; am I an expert? 8-)
